corrupt

could be a corrupt calendar profile or a corrupt entry in busytime.nsf. You can first try deleting the user's record in busytime.nsf and let it rebuild, if that doesn't work try deleting the calendar profile via script, it will recreate itself the next time the user tries to access it and they will need to reset their previous choices.
